Shipping & Returns


We deliver to Australia and the Rest of the World.

For deliveries within Australia, shipping is FREE when you spend $250 or more, otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout. We use couriers to ensure we deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our couriers do not deliver to a PO Box or parcel locker.

For international deliveries, we use Sendle for the most competitive shipping rate. 

Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information either from our courier agent, Sendle, which will give you a more accurate estimate of when your package will be delivered.

A signature on delivery will be required.

Please note that if the premise is unattended and unable to be signed for, your parcel will instead then be delivered to one of Sendle’s pick up locations (generally this is a nearby newsagency where your parcel will be stored safely and released upon ID being shown). 


All international deliveries are made by Sendle and once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information direct from them. A signature is required to deliver your parcel and if you’re not home a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange for re-delivery.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, those duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from Bonnie and Kind, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order. We recommend you contact your local customs office regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order.


We want you to love your Bonnie and Kind item. We understand however that sometimes your order might not be what you wanted so we will gladly exchange your item/s or accept returns where the products are in the same new, unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging (including dust bag) attached, within 5 days of receiving your order.

If 5 days have passed since you received your bag, unfortunately we will not offer a refund or exchange.

To return your Bonnie and Kind purchase for an exchange or refund:

  1. Please email within 5 days of receiving your order including:
    • Your order number
    • The items you would like to exchange or return
    • If it’s a return, the reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 48 hours to approve the return and exchange.
  3. If approved, please place the item in its original packaging, along with a copy of your order, and return it to us within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

Please note: We do not refund the original shipping cost of the item for returns. If you received free shipping for your purchase within Australia, we will charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15 and $15 restock fee for returns i.e. we will refund the total amount paid minus the total of $30 shipping and restocking. For NZ, a flat rate shipping fee of $30 and $15 restock fee will be applied on all returns. Other international destinations, a flat rate shipping fee of $50 and $15 restock fee will be applied. 

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to send back Bonnie and Kind for returns and exchanges. For exchanges within Australia, we will not charge shipping for the new item/s to be sent to you.

  1. All exchanges and refunds will be received within 5 days of Bonnie and Kind receiving your return

Once we receive your item/s, we will process your refund back to the original form of payment and notify you when this has been completed. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the bank to process your refund depending on your bank provider. Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount*.

*FREE RETURN SHIPPING: If you pay with your PayPal account and then you decide to return your item/s, PayPal will refund your return shipping costs – up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year. For more information, click here.
