Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Australia and the Rest of the World via Australia Post and DHL Express.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping for orders over $300 anywhere within Australia and New Zealand. $9.95 flat rate shipping applies for orders under $300.

How quickly will my order be despatched?

All orders will be processed and despatched with 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise indicated.

How quickly will I receive my order?

In Australia, you will receive your beautiful package in 3-5 business days for Standard Delivery and 1-2 business days for Express Delivery.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes. We want to ensure your parcel gets to you safe and sound, so a signature is required to receive your order.

For deliveries within Australia, if you’re not home your parcel will will be safely routed to your local post office for collection.

For international deliveries, if you are not home you will need to arrange for re-delivery.

What happens with failed deliveries?

If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or for some other reason, Bonnie x Kind is not liable for payment of return shipping costs charged by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes).

Bonnie and Kind is also not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping items to the customer. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as well as Australia Post and/or DHL Express with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Orders shipped outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes.

You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the requirements of the country where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment may be required to release your order. Bonnie and Kind is not responsible for the payment of this duty.

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange items?

We want you to love your Bonnie x Kind pieces! That is why we've made exchanges and/or returns so easy.

We offer a risk-free 30 DAYS RETURN & EXCHANGE on your order.

We will gladly exchange your item/s or accept returns where the products are in the same new, unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging (including dust bag) attached.

For exchanges within Australia, we even send your exchanged item to you FREE of charge.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will receive confirmation by email.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Changes can only be made to your order before it has been despatched. In situations where you may have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bonnieandkind.com and we’ll do our best to help. Before submitting your order, please carefully review all cart items, payment, and shipping details.

Warranty
Is there warranty for my Bonnie x Kind pieces?

Every Bonnie x Kind piece has been crafted with meticulous detail and attention.

In the unlikely event your Bonnie x Kind Bonnie piece has a fault, please contact us immediately, or within four months of purchase so we can arrange a repair locally or exchange the item.

Please note, normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. We are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.

We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items that are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
