Yes. We want to ensure your parcel gets to you safe and sound, so a signature is required to receive your parcel.
For deliveries within Australia, if you’re not home your parcel will then be delivered to one of Sendle's pick up locations (generally this is a nearby news agency where your parcel will be stored safely and released upon ID being shown), or if it's being delivered by Australia Post it will be left at your local post office for collection.
For international deliveries, if you are not home you will need to arrange for re-delivery.

If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or for some other reason, Bonnie and Kind is not liable for payment of return shipping costs charged by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes).
Bonnie and Kind is also not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping items to the customer. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Yes! Once your order is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Sendle or Australia Post (if in Australia) or Australia Post International (if international) with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Orders shipped outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes.
You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the requirements of the country where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment may be required to release your order. Bonnie and Kind is not responsible for the payment of this duty.

We want you to love your Bonnie and Kind product. We understand however that sometimes your order might not be what you wanted so we will gladly exchange your item/s or accept returns where the products are in new, unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging attached, within 5 days of receiving your order.
If 5 days have passed since you received your delivery, unfortunately we will not offer a refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event your Bonnie and Kind Baby Kit has a fault, please contact us immediately, or within four months of purchase so we can arrange a repair locally or exchange the item.
Please note, normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. We are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.
We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items that are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
