How to process Try@Home returns


We want you to love your Bonnie and Kind purchase! If you're not, we will happily exchange, offer store credit or accept returns when items are in new, unused, undamaged condition – with all original packaging returned (including dust bag and gift box).

Returns must be confirmed within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply log into your Bonnie and Kind customer account and follow the prompts to confirm items to KEEP or RETURN and finalise your order. There is no shipping cost to you for returning your tried items. You only pay for the items you keep!

If all tried items are returned, a restocking fee of $30 will be applied when the refund is given.

Note: You have 3 days to try your Try@Home items in the comfort of your own home. If 3 days have passed and you have not finalised your order online, the full RRP of all tried items will be charged.



1. Go to: The Try@Home ‘Order Delivered’ Email OR Log into your Customer Account

2. Select ‘Keep’ or ‘Return’ for each item then follow the prompts.

3. Gently pack your returned item(s) as per instructions on the ‘Returning your Bonnie itemsvideo. 

Please note, goods damaged during transit due to inadequate packing, as per the return packing video, will incur the full RRP of the product. 


During the Return process, you will request a postage label. Download the return label, print and attach this securely to your return parcel. Drop into any Australia Post Office near you. 

If you don’t have access to a printer, simply show your QR code of your return label at your nearest Post Office. They will take care of the rest for you.


If you choose to make an Exchange Order, this is done immediately. Any remaining funds will be converted to a store credit stored in your account for future use.

If you choose to use a Store Credit for later use, this is granted immediately during the Online Returns Process.

If you request a Refund, we will reply to you within 48 hours of receiving your return parcel.
